Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom, which is why we pass on these savings by offering all our items at discounted prices.

Can I collect or return an order directly to your warehouse?

Unfortunately, you cannot collect or return your orders directly to our warehouse, as we only deliver or accept returns through registered couriers companies for insurance purposes.

 

What is your best price for an item?

Our prices displayed are our best discounted prices, which will be the most competitive on the market.

However if you find the same item anywhere else, then we offer a Price Match Service.

We can give further discounts if you are a Trade Customer or if you have a large bulk order.

 

What happens when I place my order?

When you place your order and payment has gone through it is logged into our ordering system. This is then sent to our warehouse team who will pick and pack the item, and your item is then shipped via our registered couriers.

On most items we try and offer same day dispatch.

If there is a problem with your order, or if it is out of stock someone from our customer services team will contact you.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Once you order is placed you will receive two emails.

The first email will contain your order details; the items you have ordered, the billing and delivery address and the total cost.

Please check that all details are correct, if there is any errors please call us on 01484 533 533.

The Second email will be sent to you once your order has been despatched, this will contain your tracking number and inform you of the courier used to despatch your order.

  

Will I get a VAT Invoice?

We will email you and attach a copy of the invoice on your order which will also show you a breakdown of the VAT paid.

  

How do I make changes to my order?

If you wish to cancel or change an order which has not been dispatched, you must contact us by email or telephone on 01484 533 533

If the item has already been dispatched then please follow our returns policy below.

 

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders which are received before 3.00pm will be Same Day Dispatch

We offer Free Standard Delivery in England which will normally take 2 - 4 days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).

Larger Parcels and Two Man Deliveries will take 2-10 days.

We also offer Express Delivery, in England which will take 1-2 working days

Off Mainland -Delivery will normally take 3 to 10 working days.

Once you have your dispatch confirmation email, then please check your tracking number on the couriers website for a delivery day.

 

What time of day do the deliveries take place?

We cannot guarantee the time of day your order will be delivered. However, most carrier companies try to make deliveries between 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

 

Can you deliver my order without a signature?

All our courier delivers must be signed for

 

Can you deliver to a different address from the Billing address?

Yes, we can deliver your order to an address different to the billing address. At the point of check-out you will be asked for the billing address and delivery address.

 

What happens if I am not at home when your courier tries to deliver?

If you are not at home when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card stating the date and time they attempted to make the first delivery.

The calling cards contain a telephone number for your local carrier depot and we advise that you contact the carrier when you receive the first calling card, to inform them of a suitable date for delivery.

If the carrier attempts to deliver on the second occasion without success, or without receiving any contact from you, the goods will be returned to us.

In these circumstances, if the goods are returned to us, we will need to take an additional payment to re-despatch the goods, to cover the additional costs involved.

 

My order is not what I expected, how can I return this item?

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day of delivery; however, we must be notified in writing by email to sales@homediscount.co.uk of your intention to cancel.

After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

My item and/or my box look damaged?

On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.

If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

 

My item is faulty or parts are missing?

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects to returns@homediscount.co.uk or by calling us on 01484 533 533.

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.

 

What are your payment methods?

Will you save my Credit Card details for future orders?

We do not save your credit card details online, or record these details manually, as we would prefer that you check out securely online each time you place your order.

 

Will you sell my account information to a 3rd Party?

Absolutely not we never sell or discuss customer details with anyone. Any information contained within your account is private and personal.

 

Will you send me spam emails, newsletters and details of special offers?

You have the option within your account to sign up to our Newsletters and Special Offers. So if you would rather not receive either email, then simply un-tick the box and you will not hear from us apart from when you place an order and receive your order, payment and despatch details.
